We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Deliveries are made to physical addresses only—no P.O. Boxes.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on your location and warehouse locations. Some products may ship from different warehouses, which could affect delivery times.
Combined Shipments
To reduce our carbon footprint, we sometimes combine multiple items in a single shipment. This may cause a slight delay if your order includes items from different warehouses. If your order is urgent, please contact us to arrange for partial shipments.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email or SMS with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to show. Public and non-working days may delay this.
Changes to Shipping Address
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping location can’t be changed. Please make sure your delivery details are correct before checkout.
